Exceptionally well designed units in Tuam Co Galway delivered to the highest standard by Quadrant Developments.
Arasan Namh Eoin started out as a derelict site with ruin building elements throughout. The objective was to maximise the site space and create a spacious apartment development.
This was achieved along with ample additional storage and living space for both of the apartments in the development.
Abbeyclare Construction was the appointed contractor on this development along with Paul Feeney and Associates for the civil, structural and design works.
Arc Hill House
Location Tullinadaly Road Tuam Co Galway

Private dwelling on the picturesque scape of Tullinadaly Hill Tuam looking across at the peaceful St Josephs park with a beautiful 8 acre public park space for the community.
Arc Hill House was developed to capitalise on the area and to give the purchaser the best possible use of the space.
This started out as a vacant site with wild areas overgrow and some ruin buildings to the rear. With the assistance of Derek Conneelly Architects we developed a fantastically designed premises utilising glass corner walls maximising sunlight to the property.
Additionally we brought in the services of Gardener & Foender Landscaping to design a high quality outdoor living space consisting of indoor to outdoor porcelain tiling, raised flower beds, sun lounge terrace, pizza and bbq cooking quarter along with enhanced seating space.
Internals were all pulled together by Tripod design in Galway who brought some fabulous finishes to the property with Quartz kitchen tops, Matt Black kitchen finishes, Halifax Oak wine & cigar cabinets, Crytal Glass doors and walnut staircase finished to the highest standard.
Arasan Ruairi & Paric Na Rasai

Quadrant Developments seen the potential in this project from the beginning as it transformed this derelict commercial part built site into a self-contained apartment complex of x8 high end apartments.
The project consisted of Abbeyclare Construction as main contractor with Paul Feeney Consulting Engineers taking the role of design and structural.
